COLIN CORNAIRE

TEAM 2026 COACH

Colin Cornaire took the helm as the head men's lacrosse coach at SUNY Brockport in July 2022. In his inaugural season, the team recorded a 4-10 overall record and 2-5 in SUNYAC play, with three players earning All-SUNYAC honors.

Before joining Brockport, Cornaire was a significant part of the coaching staff at SUNY Geneseo, serving as the first assistant and offensive coordinator for four seasons. During his tenure, he was instrumental in leading the team to three SUNYAC Championship game appearances and enhancing the team's offensive output, which contributed to Geneseo breaking into the receiving votes category of the USILA National Coaches Top 20 Poll. His offensive strategies significantly increased Geneseo's goals per game average and helped develop eight USILA All-Americans and 21 SUNYAC All-Conference selections.

Prior to Geneseo, Cornaire spent three seasons at Roberts Wesleyan College, his alma mater, as offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator. His leadership improved the team's offensive statistics each year, with the man-up offense ranking as high as fourth nationally.

As a player, Cornaire began his collegiate lacrosse career at Monroe Community College, where he ranked 13th in the nation for total points, and completed it at Roberts Wesleyan, leading the nation with 4.8 points per game in their inaugural season.

Cornaire is a Rochester native and continues to contribute to the local lacrosse scene, including coaching roles at Grizzly Lacrosse Club, Harvest Lacrosse Club, and Sweetlax Upstate Lacrosse. He resides in Henrietta with his family.
